Annual Corporate Physical Fitness Challenge

The Annual Corporate Physical Fitness Challenge is a fairly new program for the Wellness Council of Arizona, with the first challenge taking place over the Summer of 2016. The purpose of these challenges is to inspire employees all over Arizona to engage in physical activity through friendly competition. Organizations and individuals compete against each other on virtual courses hosted on the Wellness Council of Arizona's Online Wellness Portal. All activity is tracked through the portal, and all fitness activities are converted into steps. The Online Wellness Portal has the capabilities to sync with the wearable devices Fitbit, Fitbug and GoogleFit and automatically upload your activity.
